We are seeking a Zoho Specialist to optimize and automate our CRM and business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, automating, and streamlining processes within Zoho CRM, ensuring efficiency in sales tracking, invoicing, reporting, and customer interactions.
This role requires expertise in Zoho CRM, automation, and process optimization to enhance business operations and data management.

Key Responsibilities:
Zoho CRM Optimization:
- Customize and improve Zoho CRM processes, ensuring it serves as the single source of truth for business data.
Data Integration & Automation:
- Automate invoice generation, quote management, lead tracking, and sales reporting.
- Streamline workflows and ensure efficient data flow between different Zoho applications.
Process Automation:
- Create workflows and automations to improve efficiency in sales and customer interactions.
- Optimize data flow and reporting within Zoho.
Custom Reporting & Dashboards:
- Design and implement dashboards to provide insights on sales performance, project timelines, and customer inquiries.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and implement Zoho solutions accordingly.
- Train internal users on best practices for Zoho CRM.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist, Zoho Developer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho One Suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to design custom reports and dashboards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce,or manufacturing industries.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and financial data integration is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design workflows (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CNC file formats) is a plus.
