What You Will Achieve
- Design, implement, and manage containerized solutions using Kubernetes and related technologies (e.g., Docker, Helm, Kube API).
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Implement infrastructure ascode (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible to ensure scalable and repeatable environments.
- Partner with architects, developers, database engineers, designers, and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions.
- Understand hardware/software configurations and interdependencies of Pfizer systems for custom software design and build.
- Provide deep technical and engineering expertise throughout all phases of the development lifecycle for digital projects.
- Lead systems analysis, architecture design, and code development for complex system modules.
- Perform unit and engineering testing, lead code reviews, and author technical documentation.
- Apply software engineering standards, compliance, and risk management processes to ensure regulatory conformance.
- Oversee global support and sustaining engineering service delivery for advanced data cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift) and AI Chatbot solutions
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- BA/BS or MBA/MS with 5 -10 years of relevant experience
- PhD with 2+ years of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience
- Proven expertise in collaborating with sponsors and business leadership teams to develop and deliver technology roadmaps, strategies, and operating plans
- Demonstrated understanding of key Agile techniques and a deep comprehension of systems and information architecture
- Broad knowledge of corporate enterprise systems
- Innovative mindset with strong delivery-oriented values
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- A Master's degree with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience working on global programs
- A good understanding of business customers' expectations and preferences, and how digital fits in
- Experience with Pegasystems , SharePoint, Microsoft NET.
- Ability to anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks, influencing teams to meet division targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
