DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consult clients in developing, implementing, and maintaining custom applications using Zoho's suite of products.
- Design and develop applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho tools.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party software and internal systems to streamline business processes.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure applications are performing optimally and meeting client needs.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of solutions, recommending enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Provide training and support to clients on Zoho applications and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest Zoho product updates and features to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Develop and participate in business development initiatives.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Zoho development and implementation.
- Solid experience in developing custom applications and integrations using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho tools.
- Experience with API integration and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how to optimize them using Zoho's suite of products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are a team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- You possess multi-tasking and analytical skills as well as an eye for detail.
- You should be able to architect, script, and code effectively while interacting with clients in real-time during calls. Timely task delivery and strong communication skills are essential.
- You possess excellent inter- and intrapersonal skills. You are able to work under pressure.
EDUCATION
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
