Zoho Expert / Implementer

PetroApp, a leading automotive company, is on the lookout for an experienced Zoho Expert/Implementer to join our team. As a Zoho Expert/Implementer, you will assume a crucial role in optimizing and implementing Zoho solutions tailored to our organizational needs.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with various departments to gather requirements, design custom workflows, and enhance the usage of Zoho applications across the organization. This role will afford you the opportunity to make a significant impact by improving operational efficiency and productivity through effective use of Zoho tools.

• Assess business requirements and configure Zoho applications to meet organizational needs
• Implement and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho modules to streamline processes
• Create automated workflows and effective integrations to enhance system functionality
• Provide training and support to users on Zoho tools and features
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements based on user feedback
• Stay current with Zoho developments and features to ensure optimal utilization of the platform

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Zoho implementation and administration
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications
• Experience in customizing workflows, automations, and reports within Zoho
• Basic understanding of APIs and data integrations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with users and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in training and supporting end-users
