The Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ZOHO Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ZOHO applications, deluge and a strong understanding of customization, integration, and workflow automation. Time: 11:00 AM IST to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday, Any day.

Key Responsibilities
- Customization and Configuration: Customize ZOHO applications like CRM, Creator, and Books to meet business needs.
- Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflows, custom functions, and blueprints to streamline operations.
- Integration: Integrate ZOHO with third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in ZOHO systems and processes.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- User Training and Support: Train team members on ZOHO applications and provide ongoing technical support.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and customizations.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in developing and customizing ZOHO applications.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ZOHO Deluge, CRM, Creator, Desk, and other ZOHO suite applications.
- Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting and REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or PHP is a plus.
- Proficiency in ZOHO Deluge, CRM, Creator, Desk, and other ZOHO suite applications.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Office time: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST (hybrid based, based on manager)
