The Zoho Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions across the Zoho ecosystem to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in Zoho platform architecture, integrations, custom application development, and workflow automation to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
Design and implement end-to-end architecture for Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and Zoho Analytics.
Lead Zoho platform customization, configuration, and solution design based on business requirements.
Develop and implement custom applications using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting.
Architect integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
Define data architecture, workflows, automation, and reporting frameworks within the Zoho ecosystem.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and business stakeholders.
Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization of Zoho solutions.
Conduct solution reviews, architecture documentation, and best practice implementation.
Support data migration, system upgrades, and platform optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and IT to deliver business solutions.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7–12 years of experience in enterprise application architecture or CRM platforms.
6+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem implementation.

Zoho CRM
Zoho Creator
Zoho Books
Zoho Desk
Zoho Analytics
Zoho People
Proficiency in Deluge scripting language.
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
