あなたには、日本法人における日々の経理雑務、税務に関してのお手伝いまた一部財務予測の仕事をお任せします。法人の経理業務や管理部として働き、シグニファイジャパンの運営に関与していただきます。

自分の仕事観を言語化したい、メーカーの仕事を知りたい、外資系企業で働きたい、など目的をもって実務に取り組める仕事を探している方におすすめです。

仕事内容

以下のような仕事を、社員のサポートを受けながら主体的に推進して頂きます。

• 請求書支払い処理や入金確認など経理雑務

• 支払・売上計上に関する税務サポート(インボイス制度・電子帳簿保存法対応)

• 固定資産の管理と同税務のサポート

• 入出金に基づいた財務予測

• その他総務雑務(電話対応、荷物発送、社内整頓等)

We’re looking for a Finance Intern to join our Finance team in Japan.

As a Finance Intern, you’ll be involved in a day to day accounting process, assisting a tax analysis and processing it and take a part of forecasting activities.

What you’ll do

• Day to day accounting process, such as invoice processing and receivable check.

• Support an expense and revenue related tax scheme (qualified invoicing scheme and electronic data preservation act)

• Assisting an asset ledger maintenance as well as depreciable assets tax filing.

• Cash out forecasting from bank account.

• Related admin duties as back-office personnel.

All initiatives will be supported by Signify employees, and travel expenses are reimbursed along with hourly based salary.

What you’ll need

• Interest in back office or finance responsibilities.

• Able to work at least 2days a week in office (around 15hrs a week in office): dates - negotiable

• Basic Excel skill

• Fluent English language capability (welcome)
