The Role

Description

Are you a driven and experienced Zendesk Administrator looking for the next step in your career at an exciting company? We are specialists in allowing businesses to reach everyone on the planet through mobile messaging, email, voice, and video.

We are excited to welcome a motivated professional to our growing Customer Succuss Technology team. As a Zendesk Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the ongoing management of our Zendesk system. Join our tight-knit team and contribute to the development and realization of our overarching CRM strategy.

You will work closely with our technology and business teams to analyze requirements, configure the system, and provide ongoing support to ensure the efficient and effective use of Zendesk across our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Identify and gather requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create and customize Zendesk solution.
  • Create and maintain processes and workflows, etc.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.
  • Provide end-user technical support.
  • Conduct system monitoring
  • Perform data import/export activities.

In order to contribute to this role, you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Zendesk Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Zendesk configuration and customization
  • Experience with data management and data quality best practices
  • Experience with user training and support
  • Zendesk Support Administrator Expert certification is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

The role will report to Customer Success Technology team.
