Üzemeltetési karbantartó

• Legfontosabb feladataid a következők lesznek:
  • az épület épületgépészeti hálózatainak karbantartása;
  • általános épületüzemeltetési feladatok ellátása;
  • épület felügyeleti rendszer működtetése;
  • telephelyen épületgépészeti rendszerek kisebb átalakítási munkáinak elvégzése ;
  • technológiai rendszerek, gépek üzemeltetése.
• A munkakör betöltéséhez szükséges kompetenciák:
  • épületgépészethez kapcsolódó szakmunkás végzettség;
  • hasonló területen szerzett tapasztalat;
  • felhasználó szintű számítógépes ismeretek (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • műszaki gondolkodásmód;
  • terhelhetőség;
  • csapatmunkára való képesség;
  •  4 műszakos munkarend vállalása.
