Telos Media is hiring a YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our creative team and help craft visually compelling thumbnails that grab attention and drive engagement. You’ll collaborate with producers, directors, and fellow creatives to design thumbnails that capture the essence of each video while staying true to our brand identity.
If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, skilled at creating eye-catching designs, and eager to push creative boundaries, this is your chance to shape the first impression viewers have of our videos and make an impact on a global audience.
Responsibilities- Design visually striking, curiosity-driven, and click-worthy thumbnails that stand out in a competitive digital landscape.
- Collaborate with team members to understand the essence of each video and translate it into thumbnails that align with our brand identity and content strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and YouTube best practices, applying strategies to maximize visibility and engagement through compelling thumbnail design.
- Monitor thumbnail performance, analyze metrics such as click-through rates, and continuously refine designs to improve viewer engagement.
- Must have proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails, with a strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling work.
Brings fresh, innovative ideas and thinks outside the box to push creative boundaries.
Has a keen eye for detail, ensuring thumbnails are polished, professional, and pixel-perfect.
Can consistently meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
