Job Description

In a nutshell

As the YouTube Producer, you’ll ideate, develop, and execute content for some of Red Bull’s global YouTube channels. You’ll play a key part in bringing Winter and Climbing content strategies and creative vision to life by planning and executing dynamic video shoots that embody the energy and ambition of the Red Bull brand. You’ll use insights and analytics to shape creative strategies, learn how to make better videos for YouTube, and translate these learnings into clear and actionable guidance for the Winter and Climbing channels. You’ll bring a meticulous approach to content creation, combining creativity, editorial intuition and innovation with a deep understanding of the YouTube creator and publishing landscape.

 

Innovative YouTube Content

You’ll support with the creation of authentic, high-impact YouTube content that resonates with new and existing audiences. You’lll apply a deep understanding of YouTube storytelling, titles, and thumbnails to shape content that stands apart from traditional formats and drives growth.

 

Content Development & Production

In this role, you’ll support in shaping productions from concept to release, offering creative direction and YouTube-specific expertise throughout the process. You’ll support teams on scripting, shoots, and edits to ensure content is tailored for clicks, retention, and audience growth.You’ll collaborate with internal production teams and external partners to produce the very best YouTube content tailored for Wintersports and Climbing audiences.

You’ll collaborate with content creators and athletes to produce innovative and collaborative projects, while also developing standardized templates and guidelines to maintain consistency and efficiency in Red Bull Snow’s and Red Bull Climbing’s content production. Additionally, you’ll support countries and global markets in their content approach, helping them bring bigger projects to life.

 

Teamwork & Stakeholder Management

In this role, you’ll provide expertise in Wintersports and Climbing content creation, platform tools, and best practices to support executional project teams. You’ll collaborate with the Red Bull Snow/Adventure channels and the Red Bull Global team to drive innovative ideation and ensure the effective execution of Red Bull Snow and Red Bull Climbing content projects.

You’ll coordinate with the Production Management Team on budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor management specific to event productions. Additionally, you’ll educate regional content teams on YouTube best practices and current trends, helping evolve creative ideas into viable Red Bull Snow and Red Bull Climbing concepts.

Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of end to end YouTube content production and knowledge of YouTube content best practices, including titles and thumbnails.
  • A portfolio showcasing creative and engaging video content with a clear emphasis on winter sports or action sports (please include your portfolio/link in your application).
  • Solid experience in all stages of the content production process and a sound understanding of cameras and shooting best practices.
  • Amazing writing skills for developing scripts and shoot beats, strong video editing skills, and video FX understanding- ability to use Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Passion for Wintersports/Climbing and video storytelling, with the drive to produce content that resonates with diverse communities.
  • Excellent presentation skills. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus (e.g., German).
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing social media and video landscape, maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality output.

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.334 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
