The Program Specialist III is responsible for the coordination of the planning, development, and implementation of the assigned program activities at designated site and special events, in accordance with the Association goals, objectives, and policies.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience leading or facilitating groups, or working with community services
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to determine and set priorities
  • Ability to manage and organize a work schedule effectively
  • High level of initiative and professionalism
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work in and foster a strong team environment
  • Completion of all position-specific and required YMCA training within established deadlines

Skills Required
