Yixing Process Engineer

You will join HV Process team and base in Yixing, you responsibilities are:

• Control the production process to meet the requirements of quality specifications and standards;
• • Participate in the development of new processes and apply them to the production process;
• • Participate in continuous improvement and occupational health and safety activities
• The promulgation and implementation of control process procedures, process documents/instructions should be integrated into the production process and comply with relevant norms and standards
• Verify the production process procedures implemented by the operators
• Provide technical support for production and maintenance to solve problems in production
• • Participate in the analysis of NCA and assist in preparing relevant reports
• • Participate in the training and assessment of new employees
• Participate in the research and development and trial production of new products, as well as the trial use of new materials
• Provide technical services for both internal and external customers
• • Track production parameters

Who we are looking for:

• .Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Cable, insulation, or high voltage is preferred.
• English proficiency requires reading and writing skills, as well as simple oral communication.，GET-6。
• More than 5 years of experience in the cable industry, mainly responsible for processes. Candidates with experience in independently handling conductors (Milliken conductors)  or sheaths (150,200 type extruders) are preferred
