Job Summary
As a Yield Planner, you will be at the intersection of data-driven strategy and commercial execution. This role is critical in ensuring that our global video inventory is utilized efficiently to drive maximum revenue for our publishers while meeting the specific needs of our demand partners. You will act as the strategic link between our Sales and Supply teams, turning complex data into actionable media plans and optimization strategies.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Media Planning & Sales Support: Create comprehensive media plans and inventory forecasts in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). You will ensure that proposed campaigns are feasible, profitable, and aligned with available video inventory.
  • Revenue & Margin Optimization: Monitor daily performance across various campaign types (DIO, Programmatic Guaranteed, Private Marketplaces, and Open Exchange). You will implement pricing floors and throttling strategies to maximize yield and safeguard margins.
  • Reporting & Business Intelligence: Build and maintain automated dashboards using Looker and Excel. You will conduct deep-dive analyses on KPIs such as Fill Rate and eCPM (effective Cost Per Mille) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Contribute to a variety of projects that touch upon numerous disciplines and technical specificities. This role offers the opportunity to engage with various facets of the business, allowing you to adapt strategies and solve unique challenges across diverse departments and markets.

The Desired Profile
  • Programmatic Expertise: A solid understanding of the programmatic video landscape, including header bidding, and the mechanics of an SSP.
  • Analytical Rigor: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling) and experience with Business Intelligence tools, specifically Looker.
  • Strategic Mindset: The ability to translate raw data into clear, commercial narratives for the Sales team.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory, as you will collaborate with teams across multiple countries daily.
  • Detail-Oriented: A methodical approach to troubleshooting delivery issues and optimizing complex auction environments.
