Here’s the Gist:
The Yield/Integration Engineer will support the Mohawk Valley Products flow setup and yield improvements. The person in this role will work on complex problems and drive consensus and solutions in response to critical events. Additionally, they will be responsible for building out yield improvement plans and implementing the same.
The Day-to-Day
Drive problem solving across multiple teams (i.e. Process, flows, Product).
Responding to deviations in the production line and customer concerns and drive to root cause.
Develop solutions to problems utilizing statistical knowledge and structured problem-solving tools.
Support disposition and decision making in a 24x7 operation.
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
BS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent
Understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment and processes and their interactions
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal skills.
Able to adjust to changing priorities, schedules, business needs.
Experience in design of experiments, statistical analysis, and process control, including a passion for data analysis.
This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors.
