Job Description
当社の業務用空調機器又は換気機器の戦略担当者として、マーケティング戦略の立案・実行を担当していただきます。
・市場調査：顧客ニーズや競合の動向を分析し、マーケティング戦略の基盤を構築。
・戦略立案：長期および短期のマーケティング戦略を策定し、目標達成に向けたアクションプランを作成。
・商品企画：換気機器の商品企画の作成
・データ分析：マーケティングの効果を分析し、改善策を提案。
・コラボレーション：他部門（営業、商品企画、プロダクト、販促・プロモーションなど）と連携し、統合的なマーケティング戦略を推進。
Minimum Requirements
・業務用空調機器又は換気機器業態でのマーケティング＞商品企画＞設計＞営業等の職務経験（3年以上）
・優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ
・基礎的PC操作（Excel：表、グラフ、基礎的関数、PPT：基礎的知識。Word：基礎的知識）
・ビジネスレベルの英会話能力（TOEIC：500点以上）
