We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Yardscape Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, assist customers with landscaping and outdoor product selections, and help drive revenue through excellent service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in selecting yardscape, landscaping, and outdoor products
- Provide product information, recommendations, and pricing details
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
- Maintain showroom or yard displays to ensure products are well-presented
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (landscaping or construction materials experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
