SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Yardi Support Analyst provides Yardi support services to ensure the software systems are functioning properly. The analyst will interact with associates at the corporate and property operations level to provide support for Yardi reporting needs.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES

· Set up databases, create account trees, create rollup rules, create custom reports, create entity structures.

· Assist with the roll out of Yardi products and system plug-ins throughout the company.

· Conduct Yardi training for both new and current employees based on the employee’s area of responsibility.

· Deliver key help desk support to on-site and corporate employees for all Yardi related issues.

· Manage user administration: user account maintenance, security role and permissions, password resets, etc.

· Create set ups for new properties.

· Create, develop, and prepare user-friendly training materials.

· Create and maintain custom reports.

· Provide system updates to users.

· Conduct system audits on a regular basis.

· Identify systems improvement, continued functionality of systems and innovative solutions for the organization and make recommendations to management for implementation.

· Act as Project Manager for systems implementations when necessary.

· Document processes and procedures related to software solutions utilized by the field are in line with company policies.

WORKING CONDITIONS

· Primarily working indoors, office environment.

· May sit for several hours at a time.

· Prolonged exposure to computer screens.

· Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Knowledge of Yardi systems including but not limited to Property Management, Maintenance, RentCafe, PayScan, etc.

· Knowledge of Structure Querying Language (SQL)

· Experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) functionality

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

· Familiarity with accounting terms and processes knowledge

· Experience working in property management, real estate or similar industry

· Experience working in a fast pace, high-growth company
