JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This is a newly created role, born out of genuine growth in our Technology and Property Systems team, and a great moment to get in early and make it your own. We're looking for someone with a Property Accounting or Finance background who's ready to trade the ledger for the ticket queue. You'll bring hands-on Yardi experience and solid accounting fundamentals; the technical Yardi admin and systems support skills come with full on the job training, mentoring and support.
This role is genuinely more about being a Yardi Finance subject matter expert who's ready to grow into systems support, than it is about arriving with deep IT experience. If you love figuring out why something's broken and enjoy being the person people turn to for answers, this is your next move.
Reporting to the Senior Business Systems Analyst (Yardi), this is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time, based in our Sydney office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Accountabilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Yardi Finance-related incidents, issues and service requests

Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Document workarounds and resolutions in the shared knowledge base

About You:
You bring a strong background in Property Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable or Lease Administration (finance side), and you're genuinely excited about transitioning into a Technology/IT Support career. You're a natural problem-solver who wants to know how systems work, not just process transactions, and you're ready to bring that curiosity to a growing team.
In addition, you bring:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
Experience in Property Accounting, Accounting, or AP/AR in Real Estate - Build-to-Rent or Student Accommodation highly regarded
Hands-on Yardi experience. Voyager Core Financials, Bank Book and Job Cost essential; CRM Flex or YPP a bonus
