The Role

Summary: Moves recycled material with the use of various material handling equipment to facilitate the recycling process from the dumping position to the conveyor line and move competed bails to either a staging area or trailers.

Our priority is to make sure we hire safe equipment operators that care about the safety of our team and the service provided to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

Moves recycled material as directed or instructed for processing.

Is a team player and able to work well with other employees.

Able to work 12 hours days, 4 days a week, Occasional Saturdays

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance and talk or hear, the employee is regularly required use hands, finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; The employee is frequently required to sit in order to operate material moving equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up less than 30 pounds and frequently lift and/or move less than 5 pounds. The employee may occasionally pull up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include seeing objects being handled and other employees on the floor.  Will handle broom and other devices in order to assist in daily cleanup of facility.
