Job Description:

Job Summary
This position assists and reviews UPS Small Package dispatch activities to ensure timely and proficient service. He/She assists with timecard verification and payroll duties. This position supervises feeder compliance training, fuel and oil and yard control duties.
Responsibilities:

• Controls annual compliance training for the feeder department.
• Reviews driver hours to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conducts hazardous materials audits and review safety reports.
• Reviews safety reports.
• Verifies appropriate driver uniforms and utilization of safe work methods.
• Determines employee training needs to produce continuous development plans.
• Reviews timecards and completes payroll for JACMS Feeders

Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience - Preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Planned schedule is Tuesday - Saturday 08:00 - 13:00
• Availability to work flexible shift hours and help cover vacation of other employees, up to 5 days per week
