Job Description:

Job Summary
This position assists and reviews UPS Feeder activities to ensure timely and proficient service. He/She assist with compliance and safety training for employees in the Feeder department. He/She completes fuel and oil reports to maintain proper amounts of fuel to maintain proficient service to our customers. He/She completes payroll and timecards for employees in the Feeder Department. He/She helps with administrative activities within the Feeder Department.
Responsibilities:

• Reviews driver hours to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conducts hazardous materials audits and review safety reports.
• Reviews and completes safety compliance training.
• Verifies appropriate driver uniforms and utilization of safe work methods.
• Determines employee training needs to produce continuous development plans.
• Conducts Fuel and Oil reports and audits
• Responsible for payroll/timecards

Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience - Preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Availability to work flexible shift/hours, up to 5 days per week (Tues-Sat)
