Overview

Responsibility

- Act as a bridge between teams, aligning goals to ensure timely feature deliveries and continuous improvement.
- Hire, mentor, and motivate team members to foster growth and maximize value generation.
Qualification
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in development processes, quality assurance, and service delivery.
- Proven experience in project management for global R&D and DevOps teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis to test hypotheses, challenge assumptions, and measure outcomes effectively to identify and drive improvement initiatives.
- Skilled at assessing team member potential and performance to ensure fair compensation and maximize team contributions.
- Exceptional communication skills to unify and motivate teams toward shared goals.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
