Role Summary

TrendIQ is seeking Y Leaders to steer development teams in delivering solutions that align with our business strategy. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about people development and organizational growth, as we aim to cultivate future-ready talent.

Responsibilities

1. Lead High-Performing Teams: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing organization that delivers reliable, scalable, and business-impactful solutions aligned with company priorities.

2. Drive Business & Technology Outcomes: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define priorities, align resources, and translate business needs into measurable results.

3. Enable AI-Driven Transformation: Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven practices to improve productivity, solution quality, and operational efficiency.

4. Foster Execution Excellence: Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and effective delivery across multiple initiatives while balancing strategic and operational objectives.

5. Develop Organizational Capability: Hire, coach, and grow talent while building a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

1. Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams within software engineering, data, analytics, quality assurance, or information technology organizations.

2. Technical & Delivery Expertise: Strong understanding of software development, quality engineering, service delivery, and modern DevOps practices.

3. Business & Data Acumen: Demonstrated ability to leverage data, metrics, and business insights to drive decision-making and measurable outcomes.

4. Change & Transformation Leadership: Experience leading organizational change, process improvement, or technology transformation initiatives, preferably including AI or automation adoption.

5. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
