＜生産技術開発職＞
生産技術開発職は、最先端半導体メモリの製造において、生産性向上、歩留まり向上、製造フローの最適化など重要な業務を担います。 生産技術開発職の仕事は多岐にわたり、大きく以下の部門に分かれています。ご希望をうかがいながら、いずれかの部門でのマッチングを行います。
仕事内容
・プロセスエンジニア
化学反応、物理条件の最適化を行い、新しい薬品や条件を生産に適用する、各要素技術のエキスパートです。
・プロセスインテグレーションエンジニア
製造プロセスフローの構築・改善を担います。不良・スペック未達等の問題に対して、プロセス改善を行い、その解決を図ります。
・装置エンジニア
生産装置の構造、動作原理を習得し、生産装置の観点から生産性を更に高める活動を行います。
・生産工学エンジニア
様々なデータを分析し、より高い生産性を実現できる設備投資等の投資戦略立案や、生産計画の企画を担います。
・品質技術エンジニア
原材料品質、クリーンルーム環境、生産プロセス、生産システム、出荷テストなど、原材料投入から製品出荷までの製造工程全般を管理し製品品質改善に取り組みます。
＜設計職＞
設計エンジニアは電子回路の設計を担うエンジニアと、設計された回路図をもとにパターン原版に起こすレイアウト設計エンジニアに分けられます。製品開発の根幹となる業務です。
求められる資格 (目安)
・理系分野専攻で学士以上
・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語か英語力、もしくはその両方
・チームで仕事を進める能力
※本ポジションは未経験者歓迎です
入社予定年月：2025年10月または2026年4月入社
