- プロジェクト管理及びプロジェクト目標の達成
- プロジェクトにおける技術面の顧客対応窓口
- 製品開発のプロセスを通して、プロジェクトに関する計画、管理、調整、モニタリングを行う
- 品質に関わる会議やレビューなどの計画、準備
- プロジェクト状況に関してマネジメントへの報告活動
- コアチームの指導及びプロジェクトチームの育成
Project management for JOEM project, collaborating with CPjM global community.
- Managing customer projects and achieving the project goals
- Being a key contact to the customer
- Planning, controlling, coordinating and monitoring a customer project throughout the product development process
- Planning and preparing the Quality Gate meetings/reviews and reporting the project status to the management
- Leading the project core team and developing the project team

- 自動車産業での勤務経験
- 日本語・英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（英語：TOEIC 650以上・ビジネスレベル）
- プレゼンテーションスキル＆ネゴシエーションスキル
- 起業家精神
- チームワークが得意な方
有れば望ましい経験・スキル
- そふと工学分野での学位
- プロジェクトチーム又はプロジェクトマネージャーのご経験(3年以上）
- 海外のチームとの職務経験

- Working experience in automotive industry
- Good communication skills in Japanese & English
- Japanese: Business - Native level
- English: Business level (>TOEIC 650)

- Bachelor of SW Engineering
