X (Twitter) Growth Manager

We are looking for an X (Twitter) Growth Manager to build and grow the personal brand of a tech founder as a strategic channel for customer acquisition, partnerships, and investor outreach.

This is not a traditional social media management role. We're looking for someone who combines ghostwriting, community building, and growth marketing to establish a strong presence within a highly targeted audience. The goal is to attract the right followers - not simply increase follower count.
Main Goal

Grow a high-quality audience consisting primarily of:

• User Acquisition Managers and Performance Marketers in the mobile gaming industry

• Creative Producers

• Mobile game studios and agencies

• AI builders and founders

• Angel investors and venture capital professionals focused on AI, gaming, or AdTech

Quality of followers is significantly more important than quantity.

What we’re looking for:

• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2–C1+) with excellent writing skills.

• Proven experience growing X (Twitter) accounts, ideally within B2B, SaaS, AI, gaming, or technology sectors.

• Ability to demonstrate previous results (before/after metrics, growth examples, case studies, or portfolio).

• Deep understanding of how X works, including audience building, engagement strategies, algorithm behavior, and networking dynamics.

• Strong ghostwriting skills with the ability to write in someone else's authentic voice.

• High level of independence, curiosity, and willingness to experiment with new content and engagement strategies.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to evaluate what drives meaningful audience growth.
  

Nice to have:

• Experience in mobile gaming, user acquisition, AdTech, or AI products.

• Active personal X (Twitter) account with an engaged audience.

• Experience supporting product launches, influencer outreach, or Product Hunt campaigns.

• Background in founder branding or executive social media growth.
  

What the role is about:

• Ghostwrite posts and threads on behalf of the founder, based on product updates, industry insights, and the founder's expertise.

• Create and maintain a weekly content plan.

• Publish and manage discussions around published content.

• Write 20 - 40 thoughtful, manual replies per day under posts from relevant industry leaders and target accounts.

• Build and maintain a target list of high-value accounts (industry leaders, investors, agencies, studios, and potential partners) and engage with them consistently.

• Support product launches through personalized outreach and warm direct messages to relevant influencers and industry contacts.

• Prepare weekly reports covering:

  • Growth of qualified followers

  • Quality of acquired audience

  • New conversations initiated

  • Best-performing content

  • Key learnings and recommendation
    

Success Metrics (during the first month)

• Grow the account by 100 - 150 highly relevant followers during the first month, with sustained compound growth afterward.

• Ensure that at least 90% of new followers belong to the target audience.

• Initiate measurable conversations with accounts from the target list.

• Deliver weekly progress reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  

Important Requirements

• No automation. We do not use bots, auto-replies, mass following, engagement pods, or any artificial growth tactics.

• All account access will be provided through native X delegation - password sharing is not permitted.

• The first month will serve as a trial period with the KPIs outlined above. Continued collaboration will depend on achieving the agreed performance targets.
