Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation. This internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise software testing, exposure to CRM workflows, and collaboration across business and technical teams.
Qualifications
Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in one of the following disciplines: Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering (any discipline with strong analytical skills), Business Administration or Management, Finance or Accounting (if CRM involves financial workflows)
Key Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow test scripts precisely
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to document issues clearly and concisely
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of CRM systems or enterprise software
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Experience with manual testing or QA tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Execute UAT test cases and document results
- Identify and report bugs or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with business users and developers to validate CRM workflows
- Assist in preparing test data and scenarios
- Support post-testing documentation and feedback sessions
