Enterprise Sales Role
This role is not for most people. If you are looking for a predictable sales job, comfortable targets, and structured corporate processes, this will probably frustrate you. WrkTalk DigiSec AI Pvt Ltd is a young enterprise technology product company with a privacy-first corporatecommunication platform built for organizations that take data confidentiality, compliance, and control seriously. The product is built. The response from the market has been exceptional. Large enterprises such as Adani Group, L&T Finance, Kalyan Jewellers, DCB Bank, Manipal Technologies and others have already adopted WrkTalk. Founded by experienced founders with previous successful ventures behind them, WrkTalk is still a young company, but already profitable and scaling rapidly. We are now building the enterprise sales engine that will power the hyperscale expansion of a product that the world's largest enterprises are already choosing.
Who will you work with?
Our sales function is led by a leader who built a platform from its very first client to a consumer base of over a billion users—making that organization profitable and the largest in their industry, through Series A, B, and C fundraising rounds. She now leads sales and commercial growth for WrkTalk. You will work directly with her to aggressively expand WrkTalk's enterprise footprint. You will not be handed a playbook. She will help you write it.
What will you do?
This role is pure B2B enterprise sales. Not account management. Not relationship maintenance. Hunt. You will:
• Identify and target large enterprise client, and engage with CIOs, CISOs, and senior decision-makers
• Present WrkTalk’s product and value proposition, drive the sales cycle from the first meeting to closure
• Work with the deployment team to ensure successful rollout
• Then move on to the next enterprise opportunity This is front-line market creation.
Who should apply?
• MBA from a premier institution – IIMs or other leading business schools preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in hardcore B2B sales with proven ability to open doors and close deals
• High energy, resilience, and hunger for growth and growth
• Someone who enjoys building something, not just managing something

Skills Required
- MBA from a premier institution
