About the position
We are looking for a self-driven Intern to join our Writing team. This is a newly formed in-house division and offers rapid growth opportunities. We are looking for someone eager to learn and comfortable driving outcomes independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Watching the series/film and any associated content to understand the writing requirements.
• Correctly interpreting and translating dialogs to ensure that the original meaning is conveyed.
• Keep in mind sentence length, lip sync and characterization while translating.
• Responsible for checking the Glossary terms, ARS or KNP and that the overall quality of the script is good for the Dub.
• Working with the Director for Script QC before dubbing production.
• Communicating with the Director regarding script changes during production.
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• Graduate in any stream with 0-2 years of relevant work experience. Freshers welcome.
• Proficiency in any of the two languages is a must – English, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil. Foreign Language proficiency is welcome.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive.
Skills Required
