Responsibilities  

• Managing a team of 2-6 Staff Writers 
• Supervising the content creation process including reviewing the work of the writing team  
• Set and enforce standards for the performance of Staff Writers, provide regular feedback, train and coach to develop their careers  
• Help scheduling and organizing the writers’ work  
• Point of communication to and from the team 
• Participate in the hiring and training of new Staff Writers 
• Other duties as assigned

• You are a self-learner who picks up new knowledge quickly and enjoys staying at the cutting edge of technology and developments 
• You inspire those around you by setting a high standard, motivating others to grow and improve 
• You love doing research and comparing products, often spending weeks analyzing before making a purchase 
• You like helping people. The whole purpose of our website is to help people find the best product  
• You embrace continuous learning and stay updated on new displays technology 
• You enjoy talking to people and understanding their perspective  

Qualification 

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisor role 
• 5+ years of writing experience 
• Excellent communication skills  
• Ability to work independently  

Relevant Experience

• Section Editor  
• Vertical Lead 
• Managing Editor 
• Content Lead 
• Channel Manager
