The wrestling camp director responsibilities include:
- Organize and direct campers on and off the field/court
- Teach (sport) skills to campers
- Coach teams in camp competition
- Oversee set up/tear down of camp daily
- Oversee the supervision of camp staff
- Oversee the supervision of camper
- Oversee the administration and organization of camp
- Oversee the organization of camp procedures
