Job Summary:
We are looking for a night shift wrapper to join our Coating department. The wrapper is responsible for putting plastic wrap on finished rolls at the coater roll-up. The position will be based out of our Calhoun, GA location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate console to position roll at wrap station
• Use foot pedal and console to wrap roll using correct wrap color
• Place inserts in core to hold wrap in place
• Tape roll if required or necessary
• Label roll correctly
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations to ensure a safe
and efficient work environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to solve practical problems
• Ability to read and understand documents such as SOPs and OPLs
• Ability to communicate effectively with leads and supervisor
