Role Summary and Impact

The Finance Accountant is responsible for managing the financial operations related to media transactions, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting for advertising campaigns and media purchases. This role involves working closely with media buying and marketing teams to ensure accurate financial tracking, compliance, and analysis of media spend.

• Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.
• Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices.
• Check the validity of debit accounts.
• Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments.
• Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines.
• Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients.
• Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.

• Bachelor’s or higher degree (business, marketing, Finance, communication or a related field preferred but not mandatory)
• Proven experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Adherence to laws and best practices regarding dealing with customers and data
• Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Proficiency in English is essential
