Campus Worship Associate

Campus Worship Associate is more than just a vocalist or musician - they’re a shepherd who is as passionate about discipleship as they are about musical excellence. Throughout the week they will work with the Worship Pastor to strategize how best to lead the ER campus in a culture of worship.
The Worship Associate will also take primary responsibility for leading and develop our Youth Culture (YC) worship team – recruiting students into that worship ministry, pouring into their musical giftings and abilities, shepherding them spiritually and pastorally, and ultimately developing a hunger to experience and worship God amongst our student body generally.
This role exists to disciple and develop worship teams who are just as passionate about leading people to Jesus as they are about musical excellence - cultivating an authentic, Christ-centered worship culture, committed to worship and to ministry.

Skills Required
