Ryanair Engineering delivered by SIAM is one of six facilities in Europe that provide Heavy Maintenance services to the Ryanair fleet. At Seville’s site, we are responsible for conducting extensive base maintenance checks on Ryanair’s fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft. SIAM SL (Spanish International Aircraft Maintenance) have an exciting opportunity for entry level and experienced professionals to join our dedicated team in our component workshops.
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
· Learn how to and carry out repairs on structural composite/sheet metal components such as flaps, slats, spoilers, inlet cowls…
· Assist with other zones as and when required
· Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks
· Complete the appropriate documentation
· Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE
· Maintain a safe and clean working environment
· Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to
1.Mandatory (candidates not meeting these requirements will not be considered)
· Related relevant education or previous experience in the aircraft industry (accredited).
· Ability to fully understand written technical English and basic communication skills in English language.
· Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment.
· Willingness to work shifts.
· Availability to travel abroad to different Ryanair bases for training and experience-gaining purposes.
· Advanced user of MS Office package and basic IT tools.
· Great teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
2.Desirable
· At least 2 years component maintenance experience within part 145 organization.
· High level of spoken and written English communication skills.
· Proven organizational skills.
