Cummins a global leader in power solutions. We are looking for a talented Workshop Manager to join our growing team in Adelaide, SA. You will work closely with the technicians and apprentices, coaching and developing their skills.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Manage and supervise service technicians

Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, and Complete required documentation

Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices

Ensure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results

Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) or equivalent (mobile plant) is required
Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products
Experience in a supervisory/management role is preferred
Strong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environment
