Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform administrative, clerical, and coordination duties in line with company procedures to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Prepare and manage various documents such as correspondence, reports, invoices, meeting minutes, presentations, and internal records.
  • Support workshop planning activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring of ongoing jobs.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, and follow-up of departmental financial performance.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize operational data and statistics to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and workshop records (e.g., job progress, manpower, materials).
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes; support internal communication within the workshop and with other departments.
  • Organize travel details, flights, accommodation, cars, etc. for department personnel and guests travelling domestic or international routes
  • Ensure the use of company asset efficiently, rightfully and carefully. Keep company asset with good condition

Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree
  • More than 3 years working experience.
  • Good leadership and communication skill
  • Familiar or willing to learn roll operation routine from procurement to customer service
  • Good English communication skill
  • Lean and continue improve thinking and willing take some improvement initiative
  • Strong office tools and high quality PPT skill
  • Willingness to take more challenge in high performance driven orientation team
  • Teamwork spirit and practice, proactive, open minded and more positive thinking
  • Open Minded and Team Player
