• End-User Support: Assist with L1/L2 troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, and mobile
devices (email, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, apps, peripherals).
• Onboarding Support: Help prepare devices, user accounts, and access for new hires; run
orientation walkthroughs for core tools.
• Hardware & Asset Management: Support imaging/provisioning, hardware swaps/upgrades,
returns (RMA), and inventory accuracy.
• Office IT Equipment: Help maintain meeting room AV, docking stations, network endpoints
(as guided), and shared devices.
• Service Desk Operations: Triage, document, and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs; escalate
when needed; maintain clean ticket notes.
• Documentation: Create/update how-to guides, SOPs, knowledge base articles (e.g.,
Confluence).
• Deployments & Projects: Assist with hardware rollouts, OS updates, and small improvement
projects.
• Procurement Support: Help with device/accessory requests, quotes, POs, and vendor
coordination (as guided).
• Security & Compliance: Follow security, privacy, and asset handling procedures; support
patching and configuration standards.

work in a corporate environment.
• Stakeholder Skills: Supporting diverse user groups, handling priorities, and communicating
clearly with non-technical users.
• Automation Foundations: Intro to scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and packaging concepts for
modern management (as applicable).
Qualifications (Minimum)
• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science/Information Systems (or
