The Workplace Technology Coordinator will coordinate and support the planning, delivery and development of IT, AV, and smart office technology across our global workplaces. This role ensures the smooth execution of new office setups, relocations, and refurbishments while aligning with our global digital workplace concept. Working onsite and in close collaboration with the Global Workplace Team, Office Management and IT Operations teams, the coordinator will serve as a vital link between our Business and Information Technology department (BIT), vendors, and internal stakeholders. The position sits within the IT Operations team and reports directly to the Head of IT Operations. 

What you will be doing:

Digital Workplace Ownership 

  • Responsible for all IT, AV, and smart office topics within BIT.
  • Ensure consistent application of digital workplace standards and principles across projects.
  • Serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders, partners, and project teams. 

Project & Office Coordination 

  • Support IT and AV planning and execution during office moves, renovations, or new builds.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Workplace Team and Office Management teams.
  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and coordinate with vendors. 

Definition & Concept Development 

  • Define and continuously develop AV, smart device, and workplace infrastructure requirements.
  • Align solutions with global standards and actively contribute to digital workplace concept development. 

Partner Collaboration & Procurement 

  • Coordinate with external vendors on solution design, purchasing, and delivery. 
  • Manage procurement processes and support implementation on-site. 

We’re looking for:

  • Experience with IT system ownership (e.g., AV and video conferencing, smart systems, information screen systems).
  • Understanding of workplace technologies such as AV, IT infrastructure, and smart office tools.
  • Experience coordinating IT-related projects in workplace environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating globally.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required.
