Job Description
Exciting opportunity to join our established filed sales team in Workplace Solutions.
As a Sales Solutions Architect within Workplace Solutions you will play a pivotal role supporting our sales team where you will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify requirements for enhancements to existing systems.
Job Responsibilities:

• Offer support and technical assistance to ensure relevant sales targets are hit
• Maintain excellent knowledge of business applications
• Evaluate and offer technical support for complex bids
• Collaborate with the RFP team to ensure all bids and responses are responded to accurately, in a timely manner and to a high standard
• Work closely with the Sales Support team to ensure relevant sales targets are achieved
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the competition and industry trends
• Act as a primary point of contact between Sales and Product functions to ensure the product is kept up to date with market trends and new requirements
• Liaise with Marketing to ensure all sales material is produced to a professional standard

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :

• Experience in Share Plan or similar industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills required
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Demonstrate the ability to get on board with new technologies quickly and with ease
• Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active
• Ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :

• Third level degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience preferred
