About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Workplace Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our flagship 9,200 sqm building, managing facilities, vendor contracts, workplace services, tenant relations, travel, and security to ensure an efficient, secure, and collaborative work environment. This key leadership role also involves overseeing workplace experience and facilities management operations at assigned client sites, leading a diverse team of concierge and workplace professionals, and serving as the key facilities management contact. The position requires balancing exceptional customer service delivery with effective building operations management to create an optimal workplace environment for employees and visitors.

  • Lead daily operations across reception, security, catering, events, and workspace services.

  • Manage a monthly budget and ensure all workplace systems run smoothly.

  • Oversee tenant relations, lease agreements, and service billing.

  • Ensure compliance with travel policies and building security protocols.

  • Collaborate with ICT and contractors to maintain high workplace standards.

About you:

  • Proven experience in facilities, workplace, or operations management.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Budget oversight and financial reporting experience.

  • Knowledge of workplace systems, lease management, and building compliance.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
