About the Role:

As the Manager of Workplace Services (WPS) Israel, you will oversee CrowdStrike’s Israeli-based office locations. This position will be responsible for the oversight of all day-to-day facilities and workplace operations in Israel, and will report into the Office Manager, EMEA.  This role will also serve as the direct manager to all Israeli-based Workplace Services Coordinators, Office Coordinators, and Receptionists. This role centers its core focus on workplace services, facilities management, and office operations with an emphasis on proactive and hospitality minded customer service.  This role is required to be in-office 5 days per week, with a strategic and thoughtful rotation of onsite presence across all local office locations.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensures the office is operated and maintained in compliance with established policies and procedures. Further administers the development of policies and procedures to align with local or regional requirements

  • Supports the integration of acquired Israeli companies in relation to operations and real estate

  • Leading the Welfare program including identifying holidays, event creation & execution

  • Manages all office amenity and foodservice programs including pantry services, lunch process, specialty catering requirements, etc.

  • Partners with WPS team members on the thoughtful design and execution of all workplace services event planning and employee activities (Ex: FalconFit)

  • Champions conference room management and meeting coordination, including serving as main POC for all meeting hosts in pre-planning coordination

  • Champions all vendor relationships and account management with laser focus on the janitorial output and property management/LL partnership

  • Supports the day-to-day delivery of workplace service programs such as reception, visitor arrival, mail/postal services, shipping/receiving, copy services, etc. 

  • Champions welcome moment for all Israeli new hires, including site awareness training and familiarization - in partnership with WPS team and hiring managers

  • Liaison between internal support groups and GREWS for all Israeli-based operations:  specifically HR, IT, AV, and Physical Security. Laser focus on conference and meeting room functionality

  • Partners with GREWS leadership on the development and management of the Israeli-based annual operating budget, including ownership of COUPA requirements, operations expenses management, variance tracking, and re-forecasting with Finance

  • Administers back-of-house core facilities operations including the proactive management of all (FFE) furniture, fixtures & equipment maintenance while also addressing all MEP issues with responsible parties (landlord/property management, vendors, contractors, consultants, etc.)

  • Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing activities of contractors executing facilities-focused services

  • Acts as a liaison with Landlord/Property Management teams regarding all back-of-house maintenance issues and drives ongoing relations inclusive of recurring face to face meetings

  • Meets and collaborates with local senior leadership and stakeholders on a recurring basis

  • Acts as incident commander and first responder during an emergency, while maintaining close contact with Physical Security, Human Resources, GREWS, local authorities, and governmental agencies

  • Backfills in reception and coordinator services across all Israeli sites when necessary (due to unexpected or planned absences as well as for lunch breaks by WPS team)

  • Accessible by all onsite teams - highly visible customer service focused role

  • Serve as the regional POC for all COUPA related needs AND the liaison between Procurement within the Israeli Workplace Services team

  • Serves as the onboarding “buddy” for all of Israeli Workplaces Services new hires

  • Serves as a member of the WPS recruitment and interviewing panel when sourcing new members of our team within Israel

  • Special projects as required by GREWS leadership

  • Health & Safety partnership as required

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in acquisitions and managing complex integrations

  • 5+ years People Management experience

  • 5+ years of Workplace/Office/Facilities Management experience

  • Fluent in English and Hebrew language speaking and writing

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate with all levels of staff, clients, and external professionals

  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • High level of integrity and ethics with the ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in MS Office and G Suite
