This position will provide operational leadership and execution support for workplace services and facilities operations across Texas Capital's corporate office and financial center portfolio. This role is responsible for translating strategic workplace services initiatives into operational reality, managing day-to-day facilities operations, coordinating cross-location projects, and ensuring excellence in service delivery and employee experience. The role collaborates closely with the VP, Strategic Workplace Services & Experience and Facility Managers across locations to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Execution & Project Coordination
- Execute workplace services initiatives and strategic projects across the portfolio
- Coordinate cross-location projects and ensure consistent implementation of workplace services programs
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Develop and maintain project documentation and implementation plans
- Monitor project progress and identify/resolve obstacles to timely delivery
Facilities Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including mailroom, supplies, copier/printing, building services, and employee amenities
- Support the implementation of work order systems, tracking, and prioritization processes
- Manage facilities operations scheduling and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with facilities operations procedures and quality standards across locations
- Maintain records and documentation for facilities operations activities
Vendor Management & Support
- Provide operational support for vendor management and contractor oversight
- Coordinate vendor activities, schedules, and deliverables
- Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
- Escalate vendor performance issues and support resolution processes
- Serve as primary operational contact for key vendors and service providers
- Support vendor selection, onboarding, and off-boarding processes
Employee & Workplace Experience
- Execute employee experience initiatives and programs across locations
- Identify opportunities to enhance workplace experience and employee satisfaction
- Support implementation of workplace solutions and initiatives
- Gather employee feedback and communicate insights to Corporate Real Estate team leadership
- Ensure workplace services delivery meets or exceeds employee expectations
Cost Management & Process Improvement
- Support cost optimization initiatives and identify efficiency opportunities
- Track and report on facilities operations expenses and spend patterns
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Support the development and maintenance of operational budgets
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements to Corporate Real Estate team leadership
Collaboration & Support
- Provide operational support to the VP, Strategic Workplace Services & Experience on strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with Facility Managers at each location on operational needs and coordination
- Support Workplace Services Coordinators with operational guidance and resource allocation
- Communicate operational updates and insights to leadership and stakeholders
- Serve as liaison between strategic leadership and operational teams
Process Development & Documentation
- Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures for facilities and workplace services
- Create and update operational documentation, playbooks, and reference materials
- Implement standardized processes across locations to drive consistency
- Support continuous process improvement and optimization efforts
- Train team members and provide process guidance
CORE COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of facilities management, operations, or related professional experience
