Your Compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $26.35-$32.93 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $26.35 - $39.52.

What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities: 

  • Administer and manage assigned workplace programs including Coffee and Food Service, Parking Management, Space Planning, and Clean Buildings Act compliance coordination.
  • Develop program standards, service expectations, stakeholder communications and coordination, vendor oversight practices, and documentation.
  • Create and maintain professional documentation including procedures, standards, presentations, reports, business cases, communications, and operational playbooks. 

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, and/or functional department support required, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Financial institution experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

In addition:

  • Must be bondable.
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.


Our Hours:

A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
