WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Responsible for developing and implementing workplace operations and experience strategies, promoting safe work environments, efficiency in building maintenance, cleaning, transportation, and food services, aiming to ensure that business requirements and needs are met.
Lead and implement workplace strategies that enhance productivity, well-being, and collaboration across 1 UL region ( Andean countries, Central America, Caribbean and Bolivia.)
Develop and lead 1 UL region workplace standards, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, manage performance and ensure cost efficiency.
Ensure operational excellence, financial efficiency and outstanding user experience through the management of outsourced teams of cleaning, gardening, catering, people transportation, employee store, building maintenance, workplace projects and administrative services.
Ensure facilities meet compliance and regulatory standards across all locations.
Lead space planning, utilization, and office design to accommodate changing business needs.
Manage office moves, expansions, and changes in layout, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Ensure that the workspace meets operational needs and promotes a positive organizational culture through the preparation and execution of office projects, space management and renovations.
Develop sustainability programs to reduce the environmental impact of workplace operations (e.g., energy efficiency, waste reduction).
Manage the Workplace budget, ensuring that the premises are aligned with the business, procurement and finance. Manage the area's CAPEX and OPEX, controlling costs, monitoring indicators and ensuring the financial sustainability of operations.
Implement continuous improvements and internal policies related to infrastructure and services, ensuring compliance with corporate norms and standards.
Manage budget planning, forecasting, and management for workplace services within the region.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Higher education degree in administration, engineering or related areas
Minimum prior experience of 7 years in facilities management, services management or similar in multiple sites
Languages: Advanced English.
Excellent customer attitude
Knowledge of standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Problem solving and decision making.
Leadership and team management skills.
