Workplace Receptionist - Gibraltar

As a Workplace Receptionist you will be responsible for providing a first class experience, welcoming colleagues and visitors to our premises, taking responsibility for the standards and operation of the reception area. 

Reporting to the Workplace Manager you will be part of the Workplace Team, working together to deliver an industry leading workplace services package for Entain across our campus, assisting in the provision of a safe and legally compliant workplace that is inspiring and attracts and retains the best talent. 

• Ensure Reception areas are always clean and tidy and professionally presented. 
• Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner on arrival, offer the chance for a refreshment and communicate their presence to the appropriate individual via telephone or email.  
• Prepare and issue access cards using our Net2 security system. 
• Operate the switch board and manage the enquiries effectively with a warm and friendly manner.
• Manage the reservation of the meeting rooms and support with coordination and preparation requests 
• Booking couriers and taxis as and when appropriate and deal with all mail.
• Responsible for carrying of the role of Fire Marshall & First Aider and ensure any incidents are reported in accordance with Health, Safety & Security practices.
• Build strong bonds with our key stakeholders and general colleague base in our offices in Gibraltar to become a ‘go to’ with a ‘can do’ approach.
• Pay close attention to and become proficient in all our systems, together with our Desk Planners, Work Planners and ServiceNow (reactive tasks) as well as any new technology/software we implement in the future.

• Good written and spoken communication abilities with experience of communicating at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Working knowledge of a computerised switchboard
• Be able to work under pressure
• Polite and courteous
• Well organised
• High attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise workload
• Previous experience in large corporate environment preferred
