Day-to-day Responsibilities:
Endpoint Management & Modern Workplace
Administer and support Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune environments.
Participate in the migration of endpoint management workloads from SCCM to Intune.
Design and implement modern endpoint management solutions leveraging Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint security policies.
Support Windows Autopilot deployment and provisioning strategies.
Develop and maintain co-management configurations between SCCM and Intune.
Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and performance across enterprise devices.
Software Packaging & Application Deployment
Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications.
Manage application deployments through SCCM and Intune.
Create and maintain deployment standards, detection methods, and remediation scripts.
Support application lifecycle management including upgrades, patching, and retirement.
Troubleshoot software deployment and installation issues.
Operating System Deployment & Device Provisioning
Design, maintain, and support SCCM Operating System Deployment (OSD) solutions.
Build and manage task sequences for workstation deployment and refresh activities.
Support migration initiatives from traditional imaging to Windows Autopilot and modern provisioning methods.
Maintain Windows endpoint standards and deployment processes.
Enterprise Print & Scan ServicesAdminister and support PrinterLogic print management solutions.
Manage printer deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Administer and support ShareScan scanning solutions.
Work with business units and vendors to maintain scanning workflows and integrations.
Automation & Process Improvement
Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities to streamline endpoint management and software delivery processes.
Contribute to endpoint management roadmaps and modernization initiatives.
Essential Traits:
5+ years of experience administering Microsoft SCCM/MECM.
Experience managing Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of application packaging and software deployment methodologies.
Experience with Operating System Deployment (OSD), task sequences, and workstation provisioning.
Experience with device compliance, endpoint security, and policy management.
Experience supporting enterprise print and scan platforms such as PrinterLogic and ShareScan.
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
Experience supporting Windows 11 environments.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience leading or participating in SCCM-to-Intune migration projects.
Experience with Windows Autopilot.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Experience with Conditional Access and endpoint security policies.
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
