This exciting role sits within the Workplace Experience organization and is seeking a fun, engaging, initiative-taking, and detail-oriented Workplace Operation Specialist who will provide support to the CSE and BSO office space and teams in Monterrey, Mexico!

Core Responsibilities
Office Operations Management:
Ensure the office environment is clean, functional, and safe by coordinating office service requests including office operations, Life Safety and security.
Support general office services such as supply ordering and restocking, any onsite snack and pantry programming, mail and package shipping and receiving and more.
Partnering with and overseeing our facilities Management provider to ensure all functions are performed as needed and escalate issues and concerns to the Regional Head of Workplace Operations.
Provide logistical onboarding support for new hires with required onboarding activities and planning for new employees
Act as point of contact between management, employees and external parties. Disseminating information to team members and teams. Handling employee inquiries and assisting with problem resolution.
Assist with various ad hoc projects.
Community Engagement: Planning and executing all aspects of various group events, meetings, celebrations, holiday parties, and team-building activities, both in the office and occasionally offsite with guidance from the global and regional workplace strategy and local engagement priorities.
Financial and Budgetary Tasks: Financial administration support including budget management, invoicing, expense processing, creating purchases orders, and vendor management.
General office and Administrative Support: This may include filing system, inventory management, creation of materials and documents, and other general administrative duties.
Problem Solving and Adaptability: Addressing unexpected challenges promptly and adapting to changing priorities.

You will need to be able to prioritize tasks without losing sight of the need to be open for feedback on anything related to the office operations.
Do you have what it takes?
You’ll need organization and problem-solving skills, as well as:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, internally and externally in English and local language.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to identify issues with clear understanding and empathy and resolve independently and efficiently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while maintaining accuracy.
Ensuring deadlines are met and workflows are optimized while maintaining accuracy.
Ability to work on a high paced environment, multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
Positive and encouraging personality. Building positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and organization
Highly motivated and resourceful with a strong work ethic. Must be able to balance working in an environment with multiple key players including local stakeholders and business leaders in the US.
