Team: Corporate Real Estate (CRE) | Reports to: CRE Director | Scope: Multi-site / Regional Hub

As a Workplace Operations Manager, you'll lead a regional team across multiple large sites, bringing our Four Keys — Safety, Courtesy, Community, and Efficiency — to life every day. You'll be the authoritative voice of CRE in your markets, a coach to your team, and a trusted partner to local business leaders, vendors, and landlords.

- Own customer service standards across your region — audit tickets, act fast on escalations, and be the first escalation point for unresolved issues.
- Resolve complaints with fact-based, neutral investigation.
- Oversee "surprise & delight" moments, events, and community-building initiatives that make our offices feel alive.
- Take full accountability for the security and safety of your sites.
- Implement emergency response plans and serve as an out-of-hours point of contact in the call tree.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, building policies, and Business Continuity Planning.
- Keep your regional CRE Ops in step with finance, legal, compliance, and risk standards.
- Communicate up, down, and across — sharing insights so the wider team stays aligned.
- Follow clear escalation paths (budget concerns, customer complaints, business disruption, or life safety).
- Build and manage annual functional budgets and metrics.
- Champion inclusivity, wellness, and sustainability — helping Equinix attract and retain diverse talent.
- Coach, praise, and develop your team; model Equinix's values every day.
- Partner with Procurement, Legal, and our Global Vendor Manager on vendor and landlord relationships.
- Contribute to Real Estate planning — capacity projections, space allocation, and Capex/Opex proposals for the CRE Exec process.
- Advocate for CRE's value across the business.
What You'll Bring
- Proven years of experience in facilities or property management, ideally at sites 50,000+ sq ft.
- Proven experience in hospitality, service delivery, and people leadership.
- University graduate or equivalent work experience
- Strong track record in project management, budget ownership, and business operations.
- Excellent English — verbal and written.
- A transformational, change-ready leader who coaches early, praises often, and manages underperformance with care.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the confidence to be the voice of your team.
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 173,000 - 277,000 PLN / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
